I have been that woman. Except for the woman part.
As an ex-friend of Joe Camel, I can tell you that there is no greater torment and strife in the entire world than being a blackout drunk with a loaded pack of smokes and no place to fire up.
OK, there MAY be a few worse things, like rapid depressurization at 35,000 feet, falling out, war-famine-pestilence, etc., but none of them were at all important at the time.
She should have pled temporary insanity.
